LI Bin  got  his  BS  degree  of  Mechanical  and  Electronic  Engineering  from  Nanjing  University  of  Aeronautics  and  Astronautics  in  1976.   After graduation,  he  had  been  employed  as  an  engineer  in  National  Institute  of Aeronautics  and  Space  for  10  years.   In  1985  he  became  a  registered  patent  attorney  before the Chinese Patent Office  and  then  worked  for 20 years as  a  patent  attorney  in  National  Institute  of  Aeronautics  and  Space  and Beijing  Cataly  Intellectual  Property  Agent  Ltd.  In  2007, he  joined  Yuanben as  a  partner.
